Northbound Highway 63 Will Be Detoured In Spring Valley Starting Tuesday
Spring Valley, MN (KROC-AM News) - Motorists traveling northbound on Highway 63 will be detoured from June 22nd to July 2nd in Spring Valley for water service work.
According to a news release from the Minnesota Department of Transportation, northbound Highway 63 traffic will be detoured south of the Highway 63 and Highway 16 intersection while a contractor installs a new water service at a business.
The new water service installation is occurring at Kwik Trip, south of the Highway 63 and Highway 16 intersection. Motorists will still be able to access businesses near the work zone.
Northbound Hwy 63 Traffic Detour
Motorists traveling in Spring Valley on northbound Highway 63 will turn east on Main Street then go west on Highway 16, which turns into Highway 63.
Southbound traffic will be able to continue southbound on Highway 63, but the northbound lane will be blocked. The excavation work will be taking place south of the Highway 63/Highway 16 intersection and north of East Jefferson Street.
