Now that football season is over, you're probably looking for something to do with your weekends. You should definitely consider taking your family to visit one of Minnesota's most magical attractions. Thousands of people have already checked it out, and the reviews are overwhelmingly positive.

You are running out of time though because it's not going to be open much longer. A closing date has not yet been announced, but organizers will be forced to shut it down sooner than later because of safety concerns.

By the middle of February most Minnesotans are thinking about Spring and hoping for warmer weather. We've had a nice stretch of temps in the upper 30s/low 40s which has been great for everyone except the organizers of Ice Castles!

Wisconsin's Ice Castles had to shut down 3 days after it opened which stinks but safety is number one for the team at Ice Castles. They'll continue to monitor the weather and will keep the Minnesota location open for as long as possible.

The Ice Castles is a magical winter attraction located in New Brighton, MN. Check out the pictures below to see the frozen thrones, slides, sculptures, and tunnels - all made of ice.

Minnesota’s Breathtaking Frozen Attraction Is 1 of Only 6 In All of North America

It started as a backyard project by a cool dad and has grown to be one of the most amazing winter attractions.
