Fall is in full swing, and there are many traditional fall foods and activities to be found throughout Minnesota. Whether you want to hit a fall festival, haunted attraction, apple orchard, or pumpkin patch, there are certainly plenty of options.

In fact, sometimes there are too many options, so it's hard to find the best places to go before the snow flies. Take pumpkin patches, for example. Minnesota reportedly has over 140 farms that grow pumpkins and operate as pumpkin patches, though the exact number varies annually.

So, where should you go if you want to find the best pumpkin patch in the state? While that is open for debate, depending on what you'd like to do once you arrive, a recent study naming the best pumpkin patch in every state will help point you in the right direction.

The Best Pumpkin Patch In Minnesota

To find the best U-pick pumpkin patch in every state, Reader's Digest scoured user reviews across the country to find places that not only provide pumpkins but are also places to have additional family fun, such as corn mazes, pet farm animals, and more.

In Minnesota, the winner was Pinehaven Farm, located in the city of Wyoming, which is about 40 minutes outside of Minneapolis.

They note that Pinehaven Farm boasts '25 acres of pumpkins, a giant slide, a petting zoo, authentic Native American teepees, outdoor games like giant checkers, and a pumpkin-eating dragon named Farfel.'

According to its website, the popular location has over 30 attractions to provide a full day of fun for the entire family, including some cool Halloween-themed activities. There's also food and drinks available, and even bonfire pit rentals.

Admission ranges from $14 to $25 per person, depending on when you go. Keep in mind that you'll save money when you buy your tickets online before you go. It's best to check their website for exact prices for the day you'll be there, and you can also find out which attractions are open on that date, as some are only available on the weekends.
