It's almost time for the 2025 Minnesota State Fair, which begins on Thursday, August 21. While it's likely to be another amazing year for the Minnesota event with a lot to see, do, eat, and drink, there are things everyone must know before going to avoid any issues at the entrance gates.

While the Minnesota State Fair allows a wide range of items to be brought through the entrance gates, including outside food and nonalcoholic beverages, backpacks, and more, there are certain items that people will not be allowed to bring in under any circumstances.

Additionally, some items may be permitted through the main entrance gates but are prohibited in the grandstand, where the major concerts are held.

Before you head to the 'Great Minnesota Get Together', it would be a good idea to review the list below.
