I know we don't want to think about it but sadly, summer is pretty much on its way out. That's just how it is in northern Minnesota.

It has been an interesting summer in Duluth for sure. It has been incredibly smoky, especially over the past few weeks, thanks to wildfires burning in Canada. Air quality alerts have been common.

On top of the smoky conditions, it has also been a very hot summer. Fourth of July was insanely hot all over the state!

It has truly felt like a long, hot summer and as we know, they are way too short in our neck of the woods so we need to start preparing for temperatures to drop soon.
