Minnesota’s Own Peter Krause Moves On To New Role
Warning: there are spoilers ahead! I am a HUGE fan of the show 9-1-1 and I loved it even more knowing that one of the show's main stars was from right here in Minnesota. He is proud of it too!
He can often be found in interviews and even late night interviews talking about his love for the Land Of 10,000 Lakes. A few years ago, he chatted with Jimmy Kimmel about his love for the state, the fair and all those stereotypes about us.

He was born in Alexandria and grew up in Roseville, which is just a few hours from our region. Of course, he's lived in Hollywood for quite some time and has had huge roles in shows like Parenthood, Six Feet Under and more. The show even mentioned the state several times over the years in different ways.
Now, he has booked a brand new role so we have a chance to see him yet again on the silver screen. Yes, please! Warning: spoilers ahead. (This is your second warning so you really can't say I didn't warn you.)
Peter Krause Books Next Major Role After Leaving '9-1-1'
I am not over Peter Krause leaving 9-1-1. It came as a complete shock and I haven't caught up on the show because I do not have it in me to watch his last episode! His character Bobby Nash died in the line of duty.

It wasn't ever revealed if it was his own choice to leave or a creative decision by the show. Either way, he was in 124 episodes that spanned from 2018 when the show premiered through 2025. Sigh. I miss him.
All About Peter Krause's Newest Role
On Wednesday (February 18th), it was revealed that the star would join a new NBC pilot for a show called Protection. He will be a series regular playing a character named Mike Thornhill, according to Deadline.

The show does not have a premiere date just yet and is still in the early stages of everything. It's about a U.S. Marshall that dies in the line of duty. His death turns into a conspiracy, and a family of cops have to bring the truth to the forefront. This show definitely sounds juicy!
Count me in. However, that still doesn't mean that I am over the death of Bobby Nash. Sigh.
