Then, using Google Trends, they analyzed relative search interest for each item across all 50 states. The most searched item in each state was identified, and products were then ranked by the number of states they dominated to reveal both regional favorites and nationwide trends.

After analyzing all the data, the following were the top fall products in the country:

• Pumpkin Butter: A smooth, spiced spread made from pumpkin purée, sugar, and warm spices like cinnamon and nutmeg.
• Pumpkin Loaf: A sweet, moist quick bread flavored with pumpkin and fall spices, sold pre-baked and ready to slice.
• Pumpkin Bagels: Seasonal bagels made with pumpkin purée and pumpkin spice flavoring, perfect for fall breakfasts.
• Halloween Gummies: Fruit-flavored gummy candies shaped like bats, pumpkins, and other Halloween icons.
• Pumpkin Overnight Oats: A ready-to-eat breakfast cup made with rolled oats, pumpkin purée, and spices.
• Savory Squash Pastry Bites: A frozen appetizer of puff pastry filled with a savory squash blend and creamy cheeses.
• Gluten Free Cornbread Mix: A seasonal baking mix for making cornbread without wheat flour, offering a fall-friendly comfort food option.
• Apple Cider Donuts: Cake-style donuts flavored with apple cider and coated in cinnamon sugar, similar to orchard and farm stand treats. They were the favorite in New Hampshire.
