You Won’t Believe What Flavor Minnesota’s Old Dutch Just Released for the Holidays
Every time I walk through the grocery store, or a Sam's Club or Costco, I'm always noticing new, odd flavors of foods. These can be part of a brand collaboration or just a limited edition product, but I have to say, that trend may have just gone too far this time.
Minnesota's favorite snack maker, Old Dutch, has been actively experimenting with this food industry trend lately. This past summer, they released a "Backyard Honey BBQ" flavored chip. I didn't try these myself, but the reviews were generally positive.

The Latest Holiday Chip in MN: Stuffing Flavor!
I'm not sure that the reviews of their latest attempt at a unique flavor will be as favorable, but they're going for it anyway! Get ready for a new, limited edition "Holiday Stuffing" flavored RIP-L chips.
Old Dutch says the new chip smells and tastes just like traditional stuffing, and uses only natural flavors and no synthetic dyes. They even go on to suggest that these chips might make a great topper on a green bean casserole, or mixed right into actual stuffing for an added crunch.

I think I'll personally take a pass on these. I've had stuffing flavored products before, and it has always been a very unsettling experience. You just can't truly replicate the real, savory, herb-packed goodness of the genuine article, especially not on a potato chip. The idea of the flavor is certainly intriguing, and for a die-hard stuffing or chip fanatic, this might be a must-try holiday treat. The good news is, for those who are brave enough to try them, they are hitting store shelves soon!
The new 15 oz. triple pack of holiday stuffing flavored RIP-L chips will be around for the holidays, so you better act quickly before they disappear. Now only if they could come up with a gravy-flavored chip dip to pair with these. That truly would complete the full Thanksgiving dinner snack experience.
