Woman Wanted for Skipping Court in Dodge Center Sex Abuse Case
Mantorville, MN (KROC-AM News) - An arrest warrant was issued today for a Dodge Center woman after she failed to appear for her pretrial hearing in Dodge County Court on a child sexual abuse.
The criminal complaint says 41-year-old Jazmin Rosalina Sifuentes and 48-year-old Cesar Alvarado Solis were arrested in February and charged with first-degree criminal sexual conduct. Both are accused of sexually assaulting a 6-year-old girl at their home.

According to court documents, the victim told investigators she was at the couple’s home to babysit and was spending the night, as she had in the past, when Solis picked her up from the bed she was sleeping in and carried her to another room.

The complaint states that’s where the girl reported being sexually abused by Sifuentes and Solis. She also told investigators that after the assault, Solis told her that nothing had happened and that she had to “keep it a secret.”
The arrest warrant for Sifuentes states that she will be held without bail once taken into custody.
Solis, who posted bail and was released last month, is currently scheduled to make a court appearance in November.
