One of the other defendants made their first court appearance earlier this week. The other remains at large.
Last week, 20-year-old Joseline Puente Gunderson of Winona became the first person charged in the case involving a tied up child at a Winona residence.
Court documents allege she showed two videos to her coworkers depicting a child with duct tape wrapped around his wrists and ankles.
The responding officer spoke with a witness who said Gunderson had offered to share the video, thinking the coworker would find it funny, the charges say.

Court documents say the witness described seeing an approximately 3-year-old African-American child with duct tape binding his wrists and ankles together, and duct tape covering his mouth.
The child in the video was sitting in a recliner, screaming, while Gunderson could be heard laughing in the background, according to the complaints.

The two other videos show the young boy being dragged from a closet and being terrified by a male covered in a throw blanket and wearing a what the complaints describe as a “full-faced, scary/creepy clown, Halloween-type mask.”
The child, still bound with duct tape, is seen in the videos screaming, kicking, and flailing in an attempt to escape from the person wearing the mask, the charges say.

Recently filed court documents indicate two other men were involved in the production of the videos. Investigators identified 27-year-old Jalil Wilson of La Crosse as the man wearing the clown mask.
Court documents allege he was in the closet, in costume, with the young boy. The other man at the boy’s home, identified as 25-year-old Atzavesta Raymon Williams of LaCrosse, was seen pulling the child from the closet.
Wilson is then seen on video crawling out of the closet towards the victim. Williams then swung the bound child into Wilson as Wilson crawled out of the closet multiple times, the charges allege.

Wilson then begins dragging the boy by his feet towards him. Court documents allege Williams was the one who duct taped the boy's extremities together and taped his mouth shut.
Gunderson, Williams and Wilson are each charged with one count of felony child torture.
Gunderson made her first court appearance last week and has since posted her $10,000 conditional bail. Wilson was released without bail following his first court appearance on Monday.
As of Thursday morning, Williams is not in custody, according to court records.
