
Rochester Man Taken to Hospital After Crashing into Cornfield Along Hwy. 56
A southbound minivan crossed into the northbound lane before leaving the two-lane highway and stopping in a cornfield, the state crash report says.
Kenyon, MN (KROC-AM News)- A Rochester man was injured after crashing into a cornfield Wednesday morning.

He was the only person involved in the crash. The State Patrol responded to the traffic accident shortly after 6:30 in Goodhue County.

Rochester Man Taken to St. Mary's Hospital After Crashing into Cornfield Near Kenyon
The crash happened on Hwy. 56 about 16 miles north of Dodge Center. A southbound minivan crossed into the northbound lane before leaving the two-lane highway and stopping in a cornfield, the state crash report says.
The State Patrol identified the driver as 25-year-old Alameen Ibrahim Abdelsadig. He was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester with non-life-threatening injuries.
Abdelsadig was wearing a seatbelt and alcohol was not involved in the crash, according to the state crash report.
The Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office, Kenyon First Responders and North Ambulance also responded to the crash.
