
Driver Hospitalized After Pick-ups Collide at Hwy. 56 Intersection

Dennison, MN (KROC-AM News)- One man was hurt after a pair of pick-up trucks collided at a southeast Minnesota intersection.

The State Patrol responded to the crash shortly before 6 p.m. on Saturday. Each vehicle had the driver as the sole occupant.
The crash occurred at the intersection of Hwy. 56 and Goodhue County Rd. 9, which is about 10 miles southwest of Cannon Falls.

Crash Between Two Pick-ups on Hwy. 56 Sends Kenyon Man to Hospital
A Dodge pick-up was heading west on County Rd. 9 while a Ford pick-up was traveling south on Hwy. 56. The trucks collided in the intersection, according to the state crash report.
50-year-old Kelly James Kreisler of Kenyon was driving the Ford. He was transported to St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester with non-life-threatening injuries, the State Patrol says.
68-year-old Bryan Francis Linder of Easton, MN was driving the Dodge. He escaped the crash without injuries, according to the State Patrol.
Both motorists were buckled up and alcohol was not involved in the crash, the state crash report indicates.
The Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office, Cannon Falls Police Department, Nerstrand Fire Department, Northfield Ambulance and the Kenyon Police Department also responded to the two-vehicle crash.
