
Arrest Made in Rochester Area Child Sex Assault Case
Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A man wanted in a Rochester area sex assault case has been taken into custody.
An arrest warrant was issued two weeks ago for 29-year-old Antonio Pacheco of Rochester. Court documents state that he is charged with two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct involving two young victims.
The criminal complaint against Pacheco alleges that he sexually assaulted two young girls while they were living together in Texas. One of the victims, who is now 10 years old, told investigators that she was sexually abused by Pacheco almost daily.
She also alleged that Pacheco sexually assaulted her on two occasions at a home in Eyota.

The second victim, described in the court document as 8 years old, told investigators that she was also sexually abused by Pacheco while living in Texas.

The criminal complaint also states that both girls tested positive for a sexually transmitted infection after they underwent medical exams following their interviews with law enforcement.
Pacheco was formally arraigned today in Olmsted County Court on the felony charges. His bail has been set at $250,000.
