Kenyon, MN (KROC-AM News) - A Rochester man was transported by ambulance to St. Marys Hospital following a traffic crash.

The State Patrol says the incident was reported around 11:45 AM on Highway 56 about 2 miles south of Kenyon. It involved a collision between a car traveling north on Highway 56 and the pickup traveling west on a rural road.

The injured Rochester man, 83-year-old Robert Dickerson, was a passenger in the pickup truck. The State Patrol described his injuries as non-life-threatening.

The driver of the pickup truck was listed as 72-year-old Jerome Lensing of Rochester. The State Patrol says he and the driver of the car, identified as 86-year-old Shirley Dahl of Owatonna, were not injured. All three people were wearing seatbelts at the time of the collision.

The Goodhue County Sheriff's Office, the Kenyon Police Department, Kenyon First Responders, and North Memorial Ambulance also responded to the scene of the crash.
