Chance To See The Gorgeous Northern Lights Thursday and Friday in Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin

UPDATE: Northern Lights Showed Up Big Time in SE Minnesota [PHOTOS]

I am still trying to cross "see the Northern Lights" off of my bucket list so when I see there is a chance, I get extremely excited. If you haven't heard, there is a chance that the Northern Lights will be visible in parts of Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin on Thursday and Friday this week. According to NOAA.gov, if you are away from city lights and fall within the area viewing area shown below, you might get a glimpse at the lights.

According to the photos on NOAA.gov, Thursday appears to be the better night to scope out the lights.  Friday has some opportunties though as well.

Amazing Northern Lights Spotted in Southeast Minnesota (PHOTOS)

The night sky was dancing and full of color on Thursday, March 23rd as the Northern Lights were spotted all over Southeast Minnesota. And it was truly phenomenal! Below are a few photos captured by individuals in and around the Rochester, Minnesota area.
