Young Rochester Man Hurt in Crash With Crane Truck on Hwy. 52
Pine Island, MN (KROC-AM News)- A young man from Rochester was hurt in a crash with a crane truck on Hwy. 52 Friday morning.

He was driving an SUV. The State Patrol responded to the crash in Goodhue County shortly after 7 a.m.
The SUV-crane truck crash occurred about three miles north of Pine Island at the intersection of Hwy. 52 and 490th St.
Both vehicles were using the southbound lane at the time of the collision, according to the state crash report.
19-Year-Old Rochester Man Goes to St. Mary's Hospital Following Hwy. 52 Crash With Crane Truck
19-year-old Ridwan Mahamed Jama of Rochester was identified as the SUV driver. He was taken to St. Mary’s Hospital in Rochester with non-life-threatening injuries.
24-year-old Paul William Neeley was operating the crane truck. He escaped from the two-vehicle crash without any injuries.
Both men were buckled up and alcohol was not involved in the crash, the State Patrol says.
The Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office also responded to the crash.
