
20-Year-Old Woman Taken to Hospital After Hwy. 52 Crash in Goodhue County
An SUV traveling north on the four-lane highway left the road and entered the ditch, the state crash report says.
Zumbrota, MN (KROC-AM News)- A crash on Hwy. 52 sent a young motorist to the hospital over the weekend.

The State Patrol responded to the crash in Goodhue County shortly after 10:15 Sunday morning.
One vehicle was involved in the crash. The driver had a teenage boy passenger with her.

20-Year-Old Woman Hurt in Hwy. 52 Crash Near Zumbrota
The crash occurred near the Hwy. 52/Hwy. 57 interchange, which is about 13 miles northwest of Zumbrota.

20-year-old Rutungisha Ruganyintare of Sioux Falls, SD was driving the SUV. She was brought to a hospital in Cannon Falls with non-life-threatening injuries, according to the State Patrol.
16-year-old Mwibagiza Mbitsemunda was riding with her. The State Patrol says the teenager, who is also from Sioux Falls, was not hurt.
Both occupants were buckled up and alcohol was not involved in the crash, the state crash report indicates.
The Wannamingo Fire Department, Goodhue County Sheriff’s Office and Zumbrota Ambulance also responded to the crash.
