La Crosse, Wisconsin has become a special place for our family over the past four years. We've fallen in love with restaurants that have giant cheese curds, enjoyed Oktoberfest, met up at apple orchards in the area, and grabbed some ice cream at a few of the famous shops in the downtown area. Fun Fact - way back in 1884, this town produced more beer than any other city in all of Wisconsin. It is also the home of the #1 gas station in the United States, Kwik Trip.
We've explored a lot in this town but one event in La Crosse has become a favorite for our family - the Rotary Lights event.
Rotary Lights, located at Riverside Park in La Crosse, Wisconsin, welcomes about 130,000 visitors every single year. If you've never had a chance to witness the 3 million lights in person, make sure 2024 is the year it happens.
