One of Rochester's Most Popular Spas Just Announced A Second Location

I'm not someone who splurges often on girly things.  But shortly after I moved to Rochester, I had my first kid...and if you've ever been in that moment, your body is a mess.  I became a host for another human being, was in labor for 20 some hours, and after pushing for close to 3 hours, finally finished the miracle of birth holding my 9 1/2 pound baby girl.  She was basically a toddler.  The clothes we brought for her to wear home didn't even fit her 21.5 inch long body.  (Right now, the average weight and height for a newborn is between 7 and 7.5 pounds and about 20 inches long.)

I am so thankful for one of the gifts that I got during my baby shower - a gift card to a place called Serenity Couture.  As soon as I had a moment, I went and had a day to feel a bit more human again.  I mean...I wasn't able to see my toes for quite a few months - to say a pedicure was necessary is an understatement.

Since my first visit to Serenity Couture, I've taken that baby of mine with me and we've sat side by side getting our toes done a few times.  Full circle moment.
