Having taken some time to reflect, I've decided to voluntarily enter an in-patient program to continue working on myself. I just want to thank my friends, fans and especially my family for all of their support — never more so than over the last few days.

Several dates on a major comedy tour, including two in Minnesota, have been canceled and the comic has entered a rehab program following allegations of sexual assault.

A Variety report details the allegations: On March 20, a woman posted multiple TikTok videos alleging the comic sexually assaulted her when she was 19. Their story says a second woman also came forward alleging she was sexually harassed by him as soon as she turned 18.

Joe Gatto blew up on the hit TV show Impractical Jokers. He starred in the first 9 seasons and has since written a children’s book and toured the world performing stand up comedy.

Gatto has denied the allegations. He told USA Today, “Having taken some time to reflect, I've decided to voluntarily enter an in-patient program to continue working on myself. I just want to thank my friends, fans and especially my family for all of their support — never more so than over the last few days.”

Gatto’s ‘Let’s Get Into It” tour kicked off in February and was scheduled to go through mid-November.  The tour included stops in Rochester and Duluth in June.

Ticketmaster says most dates through June, including the two in Minnesota, have been canceled. Refunds will be automatically issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
