Local Road Destroyed After Person Drives Through Wet Cement

The Goodhue County Public Works Department is asking for the public's assistance in locating the vehicle that caused significant damage to a road between Goodhue and Zumbrota. 

The vehicle that caused the damage, which you can see below, is a white Ford Focus. According to the Public Works department the driver went around several barricades and drove through the fresh concrete.
