Love Schitt’s Creek? Dan Levy is Speaking to Iowa Colleges and You Can Watch Live
First...I am NOT a fan of the University of Iowa. I am a Cyclone and bleed red and gold. #GoCyclones However, I will try to roll my eyes less 🙄 at all of you with Iowa stickers on your cars because my college is teaming up with the other state colleges to bring something amazing to everyone for free. Co-creator of Schitt's Creek, Dan Levy, is speaking to the students and YOU have a chance to hear him speak too.
I'm not sure if I can say the show name on the radio because, well, it sounds just like a swear word that the big wigs probably don't want to hear out of my mouth. However, Schitt's Creek is one of the first shows that I binge-watched on Netflix when COVID hit. If you haven't joined the rest of America, watch a few episodes and see what you think.
If you already love Dan Levy and want to hear him speak live, you can for free this Friday! The University of Iowa, Iowa State University (Go Cyclones!) and the University of Northern Iowa will be hosting a live virtual discussion that you are invited to be part of. You can get all the details here.
We’re excited to co-host a live virtual discussion with Emmy® winning writer, actor, director and producer, DAN LEVY on Friday, April 9 at 9 PM CT as part of the University of Iowa Lecture Series! Dan Levy is best known for his work on the award-winning television show Schitt’s Creek, which he co-created with his father Eugene Levy.
Presented in partnership with Iowa State University and the University of Northern Iowa, and moderated by students from all three schools, this’ll be a fun, must-see event! - Facebook event page
