Macy’s Expansion Celebrating Grand Opening This Weekend

Macy's Backstage is here! The outlet store inside the store is approximately 15,600 square feet on the second floor of Macy’s. They promise to deliver a constantly changing assortment of on-trend merchandise (housewares, home textiles & decor, cosmetics, hair & nail care, gifts, jewelry, shoes, designer handbags, and accessories) at up to 80% off traditional department store prices.

The grand opening is tomorrow (Saturday, June 16) starting at 10 am. The first 200 people in the door will get scratch-off gift cards. Everyone that goes to the celebration will enjoy special event programming, gifts, prizes, fashion, music, and of course, shopping.

People who have experienced Macy's Backstage say it's a completely different way to shop. It's a very interactive, more modern way to find great deals. Not only will they have time-saving mobile checkouts and their own backstage crew, but they will also integrate social media.
