If you're looking to get out and grab some clothes for the kids or items for your home, this neighborhood in northwest Rochester is the place to be this weekend.

Minnesota's mask mandate may be ending, but many signs of our regular life are finally coming back here in the Land of 10,000 Lakes this spring. And, like last year, this big event in northwest Rochester wasn't held in 2020, due to-- stop me if you've heard this already-- the pandemic.

But the annual May garage sales are back this weekend, Friday, May 14th and Saturday, May 15th in the Diamond Ridge/Country Club Manor neighborhoods in northwest Rochester. If you're not familiar with where that is in the Med City, the Diamond Ridge/Country Club Manor neighborhoods are located roughly between west of West Circle Drive, between Highway-14 and Country Club Road.

(They're roughly bordered by the Kwik Trip on 9th Street, just off West Circle Drive near Highway-14, all the way down to Andy's Liquor on Country Club Drive.)

And according to a post on the Diamond Ridge Neighborhood Facebook page, there are 28 different garage sales that are taking part in this year's event. Some even opened on Thursday, but many are open both Friday and Saturday.

There are also a couple of moving sales, an adoption fundraiser sale, and several other sales mixed in this year's event, as well. You can check out specifics for some of the sales, including items they have for sale, HERE. Happy Garage Saling!

Finding something great at a garage sale-- and getting it for a great price-- is kind of mysterious, because you never know what you're going to find. Speaking of mysteries, have you heard of these unsolved Minnesota mysteries? Keep scrolling to take a look... if you dare!
