Today at Paws and Claws you can meet the newest addition to the Olmsted County Sheriff's Office K9 Unit! His name is Huey and they're pretty sure he's about 18 months old. They aren't exactly sure about his age. You can meet Huey today at 3 PM.

According to KTTC, Chief Deputy Brian Howard said in a press release, "'Huey will be our first K9 assigned within our Adult Detention Center. We are excited to add this new addition to our office.'”

Huey will be working with Detention Deputy Ryan Delgado. They will be training together "to become a single purpose narcotics detection team."

Don't forget to meet Huey (and Deputy Delgado too) at Paws and Claws today, 3224 19th St. Northwest, at 3 PM!
