I asked on Facebook a while back for your feedback on this topic. Some of the ones you brought up I had totally forgotten about!

Fried Fish
Is it a Friday during Lent? It's very possible you had some sort of fried fish in your Minnesota household. Or maybe you even went out for a fish fry.
Tater Tot Hotdish
This is a really obvious one, but one that you can't leave out of a list of Minnesotan foods.
Goulash
Goulash was said a lot on the Facebook post I made! I don't remember ever having goulash growing up in Minnesota, but many people said it so I had to include it here.
Pearson's Salted Nut Rolls
Yes! What a great Minnesota invention. This wasn't from when I was a kid, but in college I remember a roommate of mine got sent a huge box of these. I think she had them for nearly the whole school year.
Wild Rice
Another iconic Minnesota food that, if you grew up in Minnesota, you definitely ate as a kid. Chicken and wild rice soup is the BEST.
Pickle Roll Ups
Also known as Minnesota Sushi. A staple at Minnesota pot lucks.
Special K Bars
These things are delicious. Always a special treat when you got to have one of these. I met someone back in the day who called them Scotcheroos, which, I have to admit, is way more fun to say than Special K Bars, but not very Minnesotan of them.
