People always like to talk about the stats of what's MORE likely to happen than win the lottery. But let's look on the positive side today! Because apparently, in Minnesota, we're more likely to win the lottery here than most other states.
This is according to a study done by HotSlot, an online casino. They looked at jackpot winners of both the Powerball and Mega Millions and figured out which state they were from. Then they used the number of winners and figured out the average number of winners per million people in each state to get their rankings.
