Predictions Say Minnesota Could See a ‘Scorching’ Summer
Across Minnesota, we're all looking forward to summertime. We're over the cold weather and we're ready for constant sunshine and time spent on the water or grilling in the backyard.
As usual, the Farmers Almanac and the Old Farmers Almanac are both out with their predictions for what they think we can expect this summer across the US.
Boy, if they're right we could really be in for some serious heat here in Minnesota.

Farmers Almanac Summer 2025 Predictions for Minnesota
Let's start with the Farmers Almanac prediction. They're saying that in Minnesota this summer it will be "scorching" with "average rainfall".

They're saying, across the country, there will be "unsettled to stormy conditions for most of the country" and that July is when the heat will really kick our butts.
On the other hand, the Old Farmers Almanac's predictions are just slightly different.
Old Farmers Almanac Summer 2025 Predictions for Minnesota
The Old Farmers Almanac also says that this summer will be a hot one but they're predicting that it's also going to be dry, which doesn't line up with the Farmers Almanac prediction.
They do agree that July will be when the heat really cranks up this summer. The Old Farmers Almanac also says that June should have average temperatures, which will be nice. But they say the above-average temperatures will likely continue through August.
So they're in agreement that it will be another hot summer this year, probably breaking some records here and there. However, the amount of rain we get is pretty up in the air at this point.
