So is "Civil War" just a big misunderstanding between Captain America and Iron Man?

I'm still so stoked to be celebrating my anniversary with my wife by going to see the third Captain America movie!

So, by now you've had plenty of time to watch, re-watch and slow-mo-view the preview for Captain America: Civil War, in theaters next May 6th, 2016. The movie brings Captain America and his "sidekick" Bucky - The Winter Soldier, now - back together along with his own team of Avengers; including Falcon, Hawkeye, and the Scarlet Witch. They stand against Iron Man Tony Stark, War Machine, the Black Panther - making his debut before his own solo film - just to name a few heroes.

The big news is that Tom Holland will be appearing in the film as Spider-Man. There's been no footage of Spider-Man in the preview, leading other geeks like me to ask, "Where's Spider-Man?"

The bigger question is, really, "Who's the bad guy in this movie?"

There has to be a bad guy, right? Like a Blofeld.

According to StanLee.com Mark Ruffalo's Hulk will be appearing in Thor: Ragnarok and not in Civil War, so that neither side has a deciding strength. So who's the villain of the movie?

There's a rumor that it is another one of Captain America's enemy's from World War II, Baron Zemo! There's no word on who will be playing Zemo, if it is him, though.

Who's Zemo? Thanks for asking.

Save the date, Captain America: Civil War is in theaters May 6, 2016.
