Detroit native Trevor Sullivan had been waiting for a new heart for nine months and his wish was FINALLY granted!

Back in February, his parents thought he had a bad cold that he couldn't get rid of, but it was severe heart failure.  He was put to the top of the transplant list and finally got a heart in November.

This video is so touching because it starts the very second he realizes he's ALIVE after surgery!   News sites like CNN, Good Morning America, Yahoo, the Huffington Post, the UK's Daily Mail and even BuzzFeed are talking about organ, tissue and eye donation thanks to this young man's video.
