This Valentine’s Day, Name a Bug After Someone at the Minnesota Zoo
Got an ex that you hate? Or maybe a current partner that loves animals? The Minnesota Zoo is giving you the chance to name a bug after someone for Valentine's Day.
It's a quirky and fun gift that also helps support animals at the Minnesota Zoo.

Name a Bug After Someone for Valentine's Day at the Minnesota Zoo
Here's how it works. For a $15 donation to the Minnesota Zoo, you'll get to name a bug after someone that will then be fed to one of the residents at the zoo.
Like I said earlier, that could be someone who is actually your Valentine, and they'd love that you supported animals by naming a bug after them (I would be one of those people). Or you could name it after an ex or someone else that you dislike.
After you've decided who you'll be naming the bug after, you'll be able to write a message that will be delivered to the person you're naming the bug after via email. I don't know about you, but if I were naming it after someone I don't like, I'd make sure that email gets sent to myself so they never know!

Your newly named bug will then be fed to one of the many animals that call the zoo home. It could be a cricket being fed to an owl, an earthworm being fed to a turtle, or a dubia roach being fed to the adorable sugar gliders.
In order to guarantee that the recipient receives the email on Valentine's Day, you need to name a bug by 4 PM on February 14th.
