Next time you go to grab milk or bananas at Kwik Trip stores in the Midwest, take a good look around. A huge change has been quietly happening, one-by-one, at stores in Minnesota. And if it was spotted in Minnesota, it's got to be happening in the home state of Wisconsin too.

Why Does My Kwik Trip Store in Minnesota Look Different Today?
I had to pop into Kwik Trip the other day to fill up my car and it was one of those horrible, 90+ degree days where the humidity just sucked the life out of you. I decided that I'd be a nice mom and grab some ice cream while I was here for me for my kids. When I walked through that front door though, something looked different.
When I was chatting with my family about it, they thought for sure I was talking about the self-checkouts that are in some of the stores.
Nope. I've seen those. I've even used them.
The change I saw at the Kwik Trip was pretty obvious once I got to the cooler with the ice cream in it.

Just a few months ago, Forbes.com reported that by 2026, Walmart would be rolling out digital shelf labels in 2,300 stores. In July, Grocerydive.com informed its readers that Hy-Vee would be adding digital shelf labels to 230 stores. Now, it appears that Kwik Trip is joining the digital shelf label trend.
