Mysterious New Restaurant is Coming Soon to Southeast Minnesota
A new restaurant is on its way to Kasson, Minnesota. However, it's a bit of a mystery. We'll talk about why in a second.
New Restaurants in Minnesota
It seems like we've had a lot of restaurant news recently. Just in the past week, we've talked about three different places opening around the state.
Last Tuesday a new bakery opened in Stewartville called Darlin' Bakery and Cafe.

New Restaurant Coming to Kasson, Minnesota
As for the new restaurant coming to Kasson, it's called The Kickback. It seems like it's going to be a fun spot, it gives chill, 'good place to hang out' vibes. But it's a bit mysterious.
First of all, when one of my co-workers stopped by the other day, the windows were all covered.
Second, I can't find anything about them online. No Facebook, no website. I reached out to the owner as well and haven't heard back. So unfortunately I don't know when they'll be opening.
What we do know is that it's clearly under construction. I also found an LLC registration on Bizpedia under "The Kickback LLC" with the address 408 W Main Street, Kasson, MN, so it's coming! The LLC registration wasn't filed that long ago, on December 27th, 2023.
We also know that it's in the former Smiling Moose location on Main Street in Kasson.
If I hear back from the owner I'll update this post. Hopefully, we'll be able to go grab a drink at The Kickback soon!
