It will be the fourth transformation this restaurant has been through since it first opened back in 1978.

If you're a frequent visitor to downtown Rochester, specifically First Avenue SW, there's no doubt you've noticed the subtle changes across from the Minnesota BioBusiness Center.

Mark and Dave Currie, of Creative Cuisine, shut down City Cafe last month and plan to re-open it as Hefe Rojo, a Mexican-style restaurant, THIS THURSDAY MAY 12th, at 5 PM.

They plan on specializing in numerous types and styles of tacos, different kinds of entrees and an excellent Margarita list.

Those who walk back into the restaurant expecting the same old thing will be pleasantly surprised by the brand new layout, and they've teased it on their Facebook page the past few weeks HERE...

The Currie brothers are in charge of nine Creative Cuisine restaurants in Rochester, including four Newt's, two City Market Delis, the Redwood Room and 300 First.

Now here's where it gets fun! For those of you who would love the chance to be one of the FIRST-EVER served at Hefe Rojo during their grand opening this week, you just have to sign up for your chance to win now, below!
