The company that makes RAGU pasta sauce issued a press release saying they are voluntarily recalling several varieties because they could contain pieces of plastic. Check your jars for a code on the jars' yellow cap and the Best Use By dates, to see if yours is part of the recall.

The recalled sauces include:

Anyone with these products should discard them and call the company's customer service hotline at 800-328-7248 to receive a voucher for a replacement.
