Popular Ride-Share Offers Discounts For The Minnesota State Fair

Where in the heck did this summer go? Seriously, it feels like we were just celebrating Independence Day and now kids all across southeastern Minnesota are heading back to school already. Well nothing screams "summer's over" more than The Great Minnesota Get-Together, so it's about time to start planning your yearly trip to your favorite fairgrounds because the fun finally starts this Thursday.

While parking and free busing will both be available, some might want to take some of the stress out of their day by using ride-share options to get to and from the fair. In which case Lyft will be offering discounts on rides to the fair for both new and existing users.

Here are some of the Discount Details:

• New Users: Use "MNSTATEFAIR" for $5 off 4 rides (Valid August 23 thru September 10)
• Existing Users: Use "MNSTATEFAIR18" for $3 off 1 ride to or from the State Fair (Valid August 23 thru September 10)
