Missing Rochester Woman Located
The search for a missing Rochester woman ended late Friday afternoon. The state BCA says Carlie Louise White was " located safe " in Rochester. The 19 year old left her residence sometime between 11:00 p.m Thursday and 8:30 a.m. Friday.
Because she has health concerns, authorities were concerned for her welfare.
No other information was released concerning her disappearance.
