REFUND ALERT: Verizon And Sprint May Owe You Money

Thursday night is the deadline to apply for a refund if you are (or have been) a wireless customer with Verizon or Sprint.

The two companies are paying a $158 million settlement related to a lawsuit tied to unauthorized charges on monthly bills.  It's easy to apply for the refund, but you've got to do it before the December 31st deadline.

There's no word on how big the refunds will be, since the number of those claiming a refund is still to be determined.
