Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - Motorists in the Rochester area and other parts of southeastern Minnesota received welcome news today from the State Department of Transportation.

It was announced this afternoon that the repaving project on Highway 52 between Oronoco and Rochester has been completed. The project included the repaving of the entrance and exit ramps at the 55th Street interchange in Rochester.

MnDOT says the paving and culvert replacement project on Highway 52 from Marion to Chatfield, which resulted in some significant detours, has also been completed along with a project on Highway 60 from Zumbro Falls to Wabasha. That work included the resurfacing of the highway and the replacement of culverts.
