Are you a business owner seeking advice on how to weather the coronavirus pandemic?

News-Talk 1340 KROC-AM and 96.9 FM hosted a Townsquare Media Rochester Business Round Table and brought together four area business leaders to share information about their situations and how they are dealing with the ongoing crisis. Robin Gwaltney, with Gwaltney Group-RE/MAX Results, Alex Ball from All Craft Exteriors, Jenna Taubel with First Alliance Credit Union, and Heather Holmberg of Livea Weight Loss Centers joined Andy Brownell on Rochester Today and talked about their experiences and strategies.

The common threads during the discussions were to take the steps necessary to keep the customer and members of your team safe and stay true to your core values as a business.  All four businesses are taking advantage of technology to stay connected to both customers and team members, and have found innovative ways to market themselves to share their stories and keep the brand they've worked so hard to establish "top of mind."
