Halloweencandybuyback.com explains that Dental Offices and other businesses around the country are buying back kids' Halloween candy and those treats are then donated to Operation Shoebox. The folks at Operation Shoebox use the candy in care packages they send overseas to troops.

Where Can Rochester Kids Sell Their Halloween Candy?

The Family Dentist Tree located at 1011 Bel Air Lane NW in Rochester is participating again this year in the Halloween Buy Back.

They pay $1 per pound of candy and the child that brings the most candy in will win a special prize.

The dental office will be buying candy between November 1st and November 4th.
