Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A known Rochester drug user found himself back in jail after a search of his home turned up drugs that police say were accessible to a young child.

Police executed a search warrant at 48-year-old Scott Boland’s home at 126 20th St SE Friday and found 54 grams of methamphetamine. Officers say a young child lives in the home, which led to even more charges because the meth was accessible.

Police say Boland admitted using and selling meth.

He was given a stayed 30-month prison sentence and placed on probation in 2017 for a drug-related conviction.
