
(UPDATE) Rochester Man Faces Felony Drug Charge
Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester man is facing a felony drug charge stemming from a search of his residence on Wednesday. Bail for 29-year-old Christopher Watson was set at $25,000 after he was formally charged Thursday with a 3rd-degree drug count for the possession of illegal drugs in a school or public housing zone.
Following his arrest, Rochester Police said he was also a suspect in a sexual abuse case involving a 12-year-old boy, but the Olmsted County Attorney’s Office has indicated it declined to bring criminal sexual conduct charges against Watson at this time.

A Rochester man was arrested Wednesday on suspicion of sexually abusing a 12-year-old boy.
Arrested on a 1st-degree criminal sexual conduct charge was 29-year-old Christopher Watson.
