What You Need to Know for Rochester’s Citywide Garage Sale

Fellow garage sale lovers, this is our weekend! The Rochester Citywide Garage Sale kicks off on Thursday, May 14th and goes through Sunday, May 17th. Who else is ready to go hunting for great deals on things you may not need but DEFINITELY want?

The official list of all of the sales that will be happening this weekend has been released. There will be over 120 garage sales happening over the weekend!

Not all of the sales will take place all four days of the sale, though, so you'll want to make note of which ones you want to hit up and when they're open so you don't miss out.

Rochester, MN Citywide Garage Sale Map for 2026

The Rochester Citywide Garage Sale shared on their Facebook page that there are no printed maps available this year, so you'll want to make sure you've got the digital version in some form or fashion. They've got a list of the sales on their website, but also a Google Maps version.

Personally, I like to make a copy of the Google Map of all of the garage sales and edit it for myself so I know which ones I want to hit up and when. Just a hot tip from one garage sale-er to another.

The list of the sales is split up into quadrants of Rochester (NW, NE, SW, SE). Then you can make a plan of where you want to go and you're not aimlessly driving around town... although, that works too.

Some sales have kids items, others are because their moving, some have household items, and others have collectables. There really is a little something for everyone.
