Rochester, MN (KROC AM News) - A Rochester woman who has a track record of stealing from mailboxes and porches has been sentenced for her latest case.

After making headline news a few years ago for a series of thefts, 45-year-old Angela Clemens was caught again last year.

The first incident was reported in the city in March. She was charged with one felony count of mail theft.

Clemens was charged with the same crime for a mailbox theft in rural Olmsted County that was reported in June.

At the time she was still on probation for the earlier cases.

Under a plea agreement, Clemens pleaded guilty to the March case and the October charge was dismissed.

A judge sentenced her to 19 months in prison but stayed execution for 5 years as long as she stays out of trouble.
