On Sunday morning the Rochester International Airport reported the first measurable snow of the 2018-19 season. According to the National Weather Service, this is the 8th earliest date in a snow season. Rochester's first snowfall typically occurs on November 12th. The NWS posted snowfall data on their Facebook page and said the earliest recorded measurable snow in Rochester occurred in 1942 when it snowed on September 26th.


Temps will rebound into the upper 40s for the first half of the week before possibly reaching the upper 50s by Thursday.
