Scotty Starts To Train For The Insane Inflatable 5K (Well, Sort Of)

What?... You didn't think I was going to go into this thing unprepared did you?

The Insane Inflatable 5k is just over a week away, June 13th at the Rochester International Airport, and it was about time I got to work!

A buddy of mine, Curt and I, hit the gym recently to get to training for this thing.  As you can probably imagine, it's a lot tougher than it looks to get into shape for this thing!

The Insane Inflatable 5K is a course filled with the world’s largest and most extreme inflatable obstacles ever produced.  It's your chance to be a kid at heart, and insane by choice!
