Scrubs and Beyond is Closing in Rochester

A lot of Rochester's population dons scrubs every day to work. That's what makes this closure really surprising.

Closing signs have been spotted outside of Scrubs and Beyond in north Rochester (near Target North).

Maybe I'm surprised because I'm not in the medical field. I don't know if it's more common for people to order scrubs online or not. Regardless, in a place like the Med City, it's wild to me that a scrubs store is closing.

Closing Signs Spotted Outside Scrubs and Beyond in Rochester, MN

Scrubs and Beyond has locations in over half of US states, with 5 in Minnesota (soon to be 4, I guess).

I called our Scrubs and Beyond location to see if they knew a closing date. They told me that they hadn't been informed of an official closing date yet.

Where to Buy Scrubs in Rochester, MN

With Scrubs and Beyond closing, where else can people get scrubs in town? It looks to me that Trademark Uniforms off of South Broadway by Total Wine will soon be the only place in town to get scrubs.

However, there are plenty of places to order scrubs from online (including Scrubs and Beyond). I also wouldn't be surprised if Mayo Clinic and OMC have special places that employees can purchase from. Again, I'm not sure, I'm not part of that world.

But if you're looking for a good deal on scrubs, maybe pop over to Scrubs and Beyond when you get the chance to see what's on sale. If you're someone who can wear fun scrubs, maybe this is your chance to get some holiday-themed scrubs at a good price.
