Seto Bakery in Rochester Finally Opening Their New Location Very Soon
A bakery that started in the owner's home and going to events to sell her baked goods is now expanding into their very own bakery and coffee shop!
Seto Bakery has been in business in Rochester, MN for a few years, but for a long time they were by order or you could get their goodies at events like Thursdays Downtown and holiday markets.
Then, I wrote an article in 2023 about Seto got a homebase inside Fiddlehead Coffee! That was when I got to try their baked goods for the first time and they're incredible.
But sadly, Fiddlehead closed all of their locations the summer of 2023, and Seto was without a storefront.
They've continued to sell bulk orders and have a table at events and markets, but pretty soon Seto will have their very own storefront.

What is Seto Bakery All About?
Seto Bakery sells Mediterranean baked goods, always made fresh. The owner, who's name is Eman, got her inspiration from her mom, who "who passed on her skills of Mediterranean culinary cuisine and the love of baking."
I envisioned a home-style bakehouse honoring my heritage and using my ancestors’ recipes with a touch of innovation.
They sell goodies like baklava, pies, basbousa, cookies and more.
By the way, 'seto' is Arabic for 'grandma'. The bakery is named Seto as a nod to Eman's mom.
Seto Bakery in Rochester, MN New Location
They've been hard at work renovating this place, but soon, Seto will be opening their bakery on 6th Ave NW, near Pop's Theater and Garden Party Books.
When you look at Seto on Google Maps, they says that they'll be open in March 2026. Well, the month is almost over so I'm sure their official opening will be soon! I've also heard rumblings that they might even be opening on Tuesday, March 31st. We'll have to keep an eye on Seto's social media pages.
