Rochester, MN (KROC-AM News) - A runway at the Rochester Airport was closed for about an hour Sunday afternoon due to an unspecified incident involving a small plane.

The airport announced on Twitter just after 1 PM that a small general aviation aircraft experienced an incident when landing. The statement indicated there were no injuries involving the occupants of the plan, but the runway needed to be shut down until the plane involved in the incident could be moved.

Just over an hour later, the airport announced the runway had reopened.
The airport’s website currently lists several delayed arrivals and departures, but it’s unclear if they are related to the incident.
